Martinez vs Geale is a good fight

that would be a good match up, wouldn't be a draw in the US though and I am not sure if HBO would back it and they probably would have to do it in Australia to make good money off of that fight

Thats what I thought immediately after Geale won the IBF belt. The best fight for both men, Martinez's other options are Sturm (very technically sound, doesn't make exciting fights tho), Golovkin (probably the second best option), Pirog (disappointed in his last outing, might prove to be overhyped) and Chavez Jr, the thief. I'd rather see him fight Geale than all the others except for Golovkin, who has a fight coming up soon. Martinez hasn't fought since March and Geale hasn't fought since a month ago, so a fight can be made in September-October. Maybe even November. Golovkin I reckon won't want another fight so soon unless he disposes of Ouma easily. Which I doubt he will.

I agree. Ouma will give him hell. That's actually a great fight. So I can't see him wanting to fight the third best fighter right after. Chavez "isn't ready" for Cotto so I doubt he's ready for Sergio and Pirog has more to prove. That just leaves Sturm and Geale.

Yea Geale is about as good as it gets in the current middle weight division. None of the other fighters are more accomplished than he is sans sturm. And pirog is the name everyone calls for even tho I have no idea why. Good fight.

Maybe have a co-main event leading up to them fighting each other. Geale wouldn't be known outside of Aus and now Germany, but he only does enough to win. I think he can do alot more than his fights show.

Dizzy, Sylvester, Sturm, and Gaele are the same fighters.

Dizzy was the best of them IMO (being a southpaw, and having more size albiet a 154 fighter naturally).

I think sergio clown them all.
