You talking out your @ss.. Tito didnt add anything extra to his wraps. if you reffereing to the issue just before the Hopkins fight. It was a matter of the style of wrapping, Richardson even said in 49 other states Titos wraps woul dhave been legal, but in NY york the style was not so he raised hell in order to get Tito out of his game.
