was calzaghe lucky against byron mitchell?

Firslty i think calzaghe is a atg, and go as far as saying he would UD froch.

But was he slightly lucky in thia fight, joe far better than mitchell, but joe got rocked badly, and kinda fluked a windmill punch which landed on the button.

Was thi9s pure skill or inspired luck on joes part?

Even though I don't like Calzaghe I wouldn't say he fluked it.

yes, he was badly hurt but he was throwing.

He was throwing intending to land and he did. End of.

I've never got the concept of a 'lucky punch'

If you throw you're obviously intending for it to land

I dont think he was that hurt once he was on his feet. I remember thinking that he just got mad, he wanted to pay Mitchell back. It was a risky thing to do straight after a KD where he was clearly stunned but it paid off, I just think it showed heart, he could have quite easily backed off and covered up for a round.
