Was Floyd Ready For Genaro Hernandez?

21 years old only 16 professional fights Floyd took on the late great Chicanito, (R.I.P) as we know, it was a rout, Floyd sent the veteran into retirement. Where were all the "tards" then claiming Floyd is too green? Genaro was only 30 at the time of that fight. Floyd is now 34, Ortiz is 24, if anything Ortiz is 3 years late. But Tards I know u have no recollection of this fight, you didn't exist yet.

Genaro was at the tail end of his career. Age does not determine prime.

Is still was a very good win for Floyd. IMO top 3 best win of his career.

Floyd was extremely talented, even at that age.

Sugar Ray Leonard, Cassius Clay, Tyson, Mayweather, they were all in their very early 20s when they stepped up to top opposition. To call a 25 year old green in boxing is ridiculous. At 25 a fighter is damn near 5 years away from considering retirement.

Ortiz will never be ready for a fighter like Floyd or Pac.

Ortiz is not green, he's hitting his prime. Yes he's not ready. But, he will never be ready for Floyd or Pac. He just will never be on that level. He's somewhat of a mental midget. That's his problem.

all people are saying is that Ortiz isn't good enough to win
              it's a compliment to Floyd

Not everybody is the same. Everybody is different.

Hopkins was still somewhat green at the age of 25. Hopkins hit his prime in his 30's.

Johnson is another guy who was still green at a late age.

Some fighters like Benitez are already past prime by the time they hit 25.

                Age doesn't determine prime.

I don't know why people keep thinking that. People that way makes me think they don't know a damn thing about the sport.

1 loss to De La Hoya at a higher weight class and u claim he's pass his prime??!! He was the reigning 130 champion when Floyd fought him, not an over the hill has been like what Pac has been fighting.
