    Is Ortiz a Tune-up?

Ortiz has 0% chance of winning.

    I just hope it's a tune-up for the Pacquiao fight, not a tune-up for another 16-month vacation.

he's better than duckqiao the guy who's scared to take on anyone coming from a good win or anyone not playing his catch weight game.

So I take that as a "Yes" Ortiz is a tune-up. ***** language is sometimes hard to understand, as in this case ^

yes and no. But mostly yes. ortiz is a good fighter, with very good power. He is very dangerous, and should not be taken lightly. On the other hand though, he is very inexperienced at 147, and has never fought anyone nearly as good as pbf. Plus he has had some less than stellar performances. It's a good solid fight for floyd, but if he fails to fight Manny after the ortiz fight he will be criticized far more than ever b4.

it looks like it. i think vic has better than a punchers chance, since floyd is coming from "vacation" but he's got ****** feet. if floyd hasn't lost a step, its gonna be a cake walk for floyd.

If it's the same Ortiz that fought passive against Campbell and Peterson, then might as well consider it an easy fight. If it's the same Ortiz that fought Berto, where he showed great determination, then it's gonna be pretty tough. I still see Floyd stopping him late, picking him apart from close range, breaking him down to the body. I wouldn't go as far as to say this is a tune up, also...a tune up for what?

the only way this fight is worth a damn is that this fight is a tune up for pac.

ortiz isn't on wifebeater's level yet or possibly ever

This is no tune up. Its one of Floyds best opponents the past 5 years.
