Why is Floyd and Pac fighting this year and it's not against each other???

da ****k did I miss? So many excuses have been thrown left and right that I don't know what's going on in hurrrr anymore. Thought a bunch of **** was preventing Floyd from fighting, yet here he is, nevertheless it's not against Pac.
Ortiz isn't much of a challenge for Floyd, and Marquez is a bull**** fight for Pac, which wouldn't be bad of course if it wasn't his third bull**** fight. And why is Floyd fighting Ortiz for the WW title when he wouldn't fight Mosley for the same title? Or am I missing something?
