there is a very big difference for people who will do something not even necessary or not called for just to earn a living....but pac belongs to a breed of people who does not want to be dictated upon and stood by his principles...even the law states the burden of proof lies with the accuser....sadly for those ost drunks, pac is a lawmaker now and it will not serve him best to give in to such whimsical, arbitrary and ill intended demand
