Julio Cesar Chavez has finally taken that big leap to the next level with his win over Zbik the other day.

For me Mike Alvarado comes to mind. Now fighting in his 8th year as a pro, Alvarado is 30 and hasn't fought a top guy at 140 yet (or even a fringe contender) Who handles this guy and what are they waiting for to get him in tough?
