poll:do you think the super 6 has been a sucess?

There has been some negatives, i.e bute not daring to enter it, dirrell, kessler and taylor pulling out, and whether to fight in nuetral things.

But overall i feel andre ward and froch are the best two, and proved that by never dropping out either, so they are obviously the toughest two.

Fair enough ward has never left cali, but he didnt run from dirrell, dirrell ran from him. Plus hes a good christain lad, so i have to respect him.

I think they need it revising, but it was new an experiment, and we have a intrigueing final, with imo the best two supermiddle weights, with contrasting styles.

So i vote yes, it is a sucess, what do you think???

Letting Andre Ward have all his fights at home gave him an unfair advantage over everybody else, and ruined the Super Six.

The behavior of Ward's home referee Jack Reiss in the Kessler fight was disgraceful. The agreement was to have neutral officials for all the fights, but for the pampered Ward, they made an exception.

They really should have had venues etc set in stone before the tournament even started. I find it strange how the promoters didn't know about all Ward's home fights until the tournament had started.

I agree that Ward has had an unfair advantage over everybody else. Everyone else has had to travel why not Ward? Its like Barcelona getting every game at home in the Champions League.

Also why was Froch-Johnson in a tiny venue in America? It could have got 10-15 thousand attendance in the UK.

Yes, it got the best fighters at 168 to face each other and we found out a lot about them.

It wasn't quite as good as it first sounded, with all the dropouts etc but overall I think its been something good to look forward to.

THis tournament made SMW the most exciting division in boxing. It forced the best to fight each other with the exception of Bute.

                I love it.
