I mean its obvious he isnt getting the best fights made, and he is not getting younger, if pac really cares about his fans and legacy and wants to make fights with real fighters like ortiz, khan and mayweather he would get rid of arum, he is the one doing the match-making....staying with arum just proves he doesnt want to fight the best and prefers to hide behind his promoter.
