How come STRUGG can spam and troll NSB but not get banned?

2. He is just an idiot trying to bait people into flame wars.

Either way, this guy makes thread after thread about Mayweather, he starts threads saying "Mayweather is a b1tch."
Then its deleted, two seconds later he remakes the thread,
this could happen 5-6 times a day, yet he is not banned for it? Ridiculous.

At least take away his ability to create threads or something.

I urge Reed, Brad and Boston to leave this thread up, so BPP can see it and maybe take some action and ban this troll.
