The type of fight you wouldn't expect Floyd to take anymore. Ortiz is at least explosive and bigger than Floyd. It's his hardest challenge since the DLH fight. Mosley, Hatton, JMM never had a shot to me.

So I'll put the obvious aside and enjoy this fight. One where Floyd might actually have to get a little dirty in.

I thought more of Mosley going into the Mayweather fight than I think of Ortiz, but we'll see. This is definitely one of the best fights Floyd could take and the best fight besides Pac he could take at 147.

And Ortiz has plenty of flaws that FLoyd can exploit. They know this. I doubt they'd really take a fight that they thought he'd even have a chance of losing.

Still at least Ortiz won't gas after two rounds (Mosley), isn't a smaller natural counter puncher (JMM), doesn't run face first into punches (Hatton).

Floyd vs. an explosive southpaw still looks good to me. There's actually not a lot of guys around that weight I see being a bigger challenge.

Ortiz is also a sort of face first fighter, just look at the Berto fight

But its the 2nd best fighter in 147 so i aint complaining
