We need to stop doing this. The only contest between Mayweather and Pacquiao will be if and when they face each other in the ring.

We can all agree Mayweather vs Ortiz is probably more compelling on paper b/c Victor is young and a strong puncher vs Marquez who has faded a bit since he last fought Pac. But we should not criticize Pac for giving Marquez a 3rd fight, Marquez has always deserved it based on there 1st 2 fights and he's earned it with his performances since. And no one knows how either fight will actually play out.
