Berto is a paper champ who has a resume full of bums and cherry picked ortiz after ortiz had a lost to maidana and draw with peterson. Berto never fought a top 10 welterweight. And people act like ORTIZ is better than Clottey. When pac fought clottey, that clottey was a #4 at 147 behind floyd, pacquaio and shane. Clottey also arguably beat cotto who is far better fighter than Berto bum ass.


The only reason he is number 2 at 147 because FLoyd was inactive and pacquaio beat up majority of the top 5. Really did we all forget that ortiz wasnt ranked at 140.
