I don't think I've seen a better pair.....
of Heavyweight contenders in a long time...
Mike Perez: fast hands, good power, fairly sharp technique, throws combinations, is serious in the ring, good size to compete with heavyweight (though he's not 6'7 or anything, only 6'0). However not being so big keeps him from being lumbering. Fights fast, aggressively and confidently. He does keep his hands down knowing he's faster than opponents which might hurt him. But overall good. Reminds me of a heavyweight Gamboa.
Seth Mitchell: Good power, good technique, average-good speed, solid build, great personality, great head on his shoulders, actually has a desire to be great vs just saying he's in it for the fame and money. He keeps his hands up with some nice head movement. A good size to not be lumbering (Peter) He wants to create a legacy. Too many fighters like Haye just want to retire pretty and not really stick around to build a legacy. Reminds me somewhat of a Tyson.
Both young and in shape. We don't have enough of that (remember, Holyfield Tyson, young Lewis, young Bowe, young Ali, young Louis, young Frazier, young Foreman, etc). All fighters in shape.
