I think any rational person would agree Shane was a better "B" side dance partner for Floyd than he was for Manny. I'm more impressed by Pac/SSM's 1.3M than Floyd/SMM 1.4M

Seems Manny is getting closer and closer to Floyd's numbers each time out. I would expect the JMM vs Pac numbers may now beat the numbers that Floyd did, alas we will have to wait and see.....though i do beleive Floyd v Ortiz will also do over one million.

The money split should be 50/50 now. No arguments from either side. Floyd can get his name first for promotional purposes and come out second in the ring walk. His numbers are only marginally better lately but he has outdrawn Pac with four conmmon opponents, so that get's him those two priveledges, but the $$$$ pie is an equal split.

If Floyd was more active this would be great for boxing as we would have two fighters who draw over one million consistently. If they both fought twice a year and averaged a million, that's four million PPV's combined and a gross revenue of almost a quarter billion a year for boxing in PPV buys alone.

And most everyone viewed SSM as having nothing left in the tank and the fight received lukewarm media attention (at best). Imagine the PPV#'s if it were Floyd/SSM2 instead of Pac/SSM. I doubt it would have done over 600k.

As much as I don't get into the "who's the bigger draw" talk, you guys bringing up Manny being non-American means squat, considering he's been fighting here AND on PPV for a while now. This fight with Shane wasn't his first PPV fight.

floyd is the best period..doesn't matter if you love/hate him one thing you gotta do is give him props for being the G when it comes to PPV sales..I think pac would do better if he wasn't with that greedy cun.t arum..pac might fight more but those fights don't mean much..that's why it doesn't sell as good as floyds fights...arum cares about quantity and not quality
