    ..Map Out The Super-Middleweight Division...

One fight is essentially booked and ready to go in -- perhaps -- the best division in boxing. Ward Vs. Froch.

However, the division is still loaded.

    - Lucian Bute.
    - Mikkel Kessler.
    - Andre Dirrell.
    - Robert Stieglitz.
    - Glen Johnson.
    - Arthur Abraham.
    - Kelly Pavlik.

So, here's the idea. What would you do with the fighters if you had total control? Make the fights, predict the winners and create the overall superior fighter in the bunch.

Personally, I think that Ward or Bute have the best chance of superiority in the division. While I like Carl Froch a lot, I think he probably loses to Andre Ward. If Ward beats him, then Froch gets knocked down a bit and Bute is the second guy in the division.

I wouldn't mind seeing Ward and Froch, obviously, with the winner taking on Andre Dirrell. Dirrell had the third best showing in the tournament, consider he lost a close fight and then was dominating Abraham before anyone else did. Kessler can face Lucian Bute.

That makes sense to me. So, for me, it'd go; Ward taking out Froch and then Dirrell and Bute probably facing and beating Mikkel Kessler.

    Ward Vs. Pavlik
    Bute Vs. Robert Stieglitz

    ....on the same card.

Why? Because of a couple of reasons. It helps build the fight and it also gets some names from the division thrown into the mix.

Stieglitz is the harder foe, but Ward has faced the better opposition thus far so it balances out.

In my opinion, I think that Bute and Ward pull off the wins and then could face each other. I'd pick Ward winning a tough and close fight. Potentially by late stoppage.

In the background, I wouldn't mind seeing Arthur Abraham facing Glen Johnson. Wouldn't be a horrible fight.

    Go for it, guys.

    Yay fantasy booking!

If Ward wins he goes on to face Bute. Froch and Kessler will fight a rematch, either in England or on neutral territory, it'll be for the WBC belt cos Ward will be stripped of it due to the normal boxing politics bull****. The winner of Ward/Bute will then go on to face Pavlik.

If Froch wins he'll get to fight Bute in Canada. And if he wins that he'll then he'll have a rematch with Kessler in England. Ward will fight Pavlik.

Abraham-Stieglitz would be a natural fight to make as it would be huge in Germany.

I don't know if Johnson is necessarily going to stay as a Super-Middleweight and I'm not sure where Dirrell stands health-wise.
