Clottey does not need to be PPV material if he is paired with Pac. Martinez pairing with Chavez JR will not sell that much. Then the promoters have to split the money unlike Pac/Clottey. Boxing is still business.

Bob Arum is cancerous and part of the reason boxing is considered a dying sport today.

Martinez cant get them legendary fights as no middleweight is on his level tbh,he desereves a few big pay days,but he should get some legacy from winning all the possible other titles to unify the division.
