nah man arum knew what the deal was with foreman/cotto. he wanted to get cotto a belt as a promotional tool and confidence builder after his fight with pac. cotto's star power and drawing power is still only second to pacquiao (and floyd).

for arum, it's all about who can put asses in seats; foreman only was drawing a handful of rabbi's. . . although im sure it was harder for bob this time, cause it wasn't a goy, it was a fellow ***!
