If we want "the best to fight the best" at MW, then people should be demanding Martinez-Pirog over the likes of Martinez-JCC Jr. Hell Martinez-Sturm, Martinez Govolkin are all fighters where the opponent is better than JCC Jr. So don't sit here and say you want the best to fight the best and clamoring for JCC Jr get the fight. Because, that's not the best fighting the best.

that's not at all why I criticized him. I clearly stated that he's delusional for trying to act like he promoted Chavez Jr into this huge star. he isn't that. so how can he tell another promoter what to do,as if that's his real reason for not fighting.

i don't get how people in this thread are actually defending arum on this. he's blatantly ducking sergio and is tryin to give us chaves/cotto jr or chavez/marg (all top rank fighters by the way ) and people are ok with this ?? WTF

plz, all of the fighters u name are good. pirog, ill never get this overeating of a guy who has yet to be consistently in with high level comp. u overrate him pretty obviously. the other guys u named, are they better than Jr? Imo,not really. They are all the same level. Sturm? Smh. But if u wanna act like pirog is suddenly this highly accomplished fighter, then go for it. The fact is, him and Jr are about even in accomplishments and yet I guarantee u Jr wont fight him either.
