If it was Manny asking Floyd he would have said no problems , that is the difference .
No other fighter will refuse what Manny did to fight Floyd , NONE , not a single fighter in history would say NO TEST and walk away from that fight , and Manny did , so you kids can go on about all your bull**** day in and day out and wont change the fact that Floyd is the biggest scalp in boxing today and there is only one fighter that would duck that fight for a PEDS test .
FLoyd asking for an OSDT is not the issue here. Pac will take his test. THe problems lies in the fact Floyd said Pac was on PEDS when he beat Hatton, Cotto, Clottey etc.
