What does Froch beating Johnson convincingly say about Tavoris Cloud in your view?

I thought about this after this fight. I thought Cloud either lost to Johnson or at best got a draw. Froch beat Johnson pretty convincingly even though several of the rounds he won were pretty competitive because Johnson landed some good punches.

Cloud was gassed against Johnson and got hurt against him several times and the punch stats at the end of the fight that HBO showed were pretty even. Cloud fought him in a more toe to toe fashion than Froch did, but he still didn't beat him convicingly.

It also got me to thinking of how do you think a fight between Froch and Cloud would play out? I think Froch beats him based on what I described above. The only thing I can say maybe in favor of Cloud was that Johnon was weight drained kind of when he fought Froch. Which is probably true to an extent.

I don't think it tells you much about Cloud. Johnson is one of those fighters that gives everyone a tough fight. Who looks good against Johnson?

Cloud is too inactive to be judged from that performance. He's got the worst promoter in the business who doesn't give a crap abt his fighters, letting Cloud fight once or at the most twice a year.
