I don't think he was scared. It looked more like a conscious decision not to get too chummy with Froch, and refusing to play into any mind games. Still, it was pretty disrespectful, and doesn't exactly endear him to me any more than I already was.

I hope Ward gets a taste of his own medicine come the finals.

Ward is a bad matchup for Carl
Quick enough to avoid most of Froch's output, and effective enough at what he does on the inside
Froch's accuracy lets him down at times, and with Ward doing his most to spoil things this fight could be a stinker.
