    Much (due) respect for Zbik

He may have lost that fight last night, but he surely won me over as a fan and my hope is that he won over some others who watched it last night. The fact that Jr. was 180 on fight night makes Zbik lasting til the end quite the feat in my book. It is comprable to Pacquiao-Margarito except in this case the fighters were actually evenly matched. So take that into account here, those Pacquiao fans who salivate at the accomplishment of Pac to move up and fight a guy bigger than him surely must do the same with this fight by Zbik. Again, the difference being that the fighters were evenly matched. Moreover, Zbik is a light puncher and he knows it and still he was in that fight. In fact, had he gone to the body more who knows how this fight ends because he certainly had Jr.'s head snapping back, especially early on. I'd watch this guy fight anybody anywhere bc what he lacks in power and name he compensates for wit good boxing skill and, most important, the heart of a champion. I hated the stripping of Sergio's belt, but goddamn they couldnt have given it to a better guy.

*I used the Pacquiao reference as an example, don't ruin the thread by arguing Pac's fight with Margs*
