I've been making threads about this fight a couple of times during the years.

First time I hear that Erdei wants the fight.

Not anymore. He vacated his only link to the crown, moved up, and then later about faced and returned. Joe Gans did something similar with the Lightweight title once and had to beat Battling Nelson to REGAIN the crown. Erdei hasn't fought a live body since returning to 75 and should not be recognized as champ. That's Hopkins. Wouldn't mind seeing them fight if it came up.
