HBO Canada and Chavez JR vs Zbik time is weird?

It says on my local tv listings 11 oclock, but on HBO Canada it says 10:00 PM eastern which makes sense, cause HBO Canada only shows the main event and fight before. But why do my TV listings shows 11 oclock? Eastern is an hour ahead of my time zone which is central time.

I just went to the channel listing on my cable box and HBO Canada lists the card as starting @ 10 PM EST, confirmed.
