A verbal agreement is not the same thing as a signed contract.

When it counted, during MEDIATION in front of a former Federal judge, Pacquiao NEVER agreed to OST-style testing. Outside of mediation or negotiations Manny and Arum have been flapping their mouths NON-STOP. But where it counts -- in REAL MEDIATION or REAL NEGOTIATIONS -- Manny has not agreed to anything! And remember, Arum was slammed by a news release from the mediator (the former Federal judge) that Arum made false statements to the press. This article below is from January 2010....

Mediator Claims Team Pacquiao Made False Allegations
Judge Daniel Weinstein today issued an order to correct the false record that has been created by the recent statements from Top Rank and Manny Pacquiao's representatives concerning what occurred at the mediation. The full text of the Judge's statement is as follows:

That story was from a year and a half ago.(probably when many of you first quit paying attention) Probably from the first time fight talks even started. Manny since changed his stance driving Mayweather further away from boxing and into depression about the possibilty of having to face Him.

That is a bold prediction. Personally I don't see Froch letting Johnson get inside like he wants to. When Johnson does get inside, I don't think Froch will be there for long.
