I really don't understand how people can still stand behind Mayweather after all this. He's a great fighter, but I think this whole situation is going to greatly tarnish his reputation and legacy.

his reputation and so-called legacy is crap already. Based on his hand picking opponents, fear of losing the 0 on his record, him beating up his ex wife and security guards ect. ect. ohh and fearing Pacman so much that the self titled "Money Mayweather" himself is turning down a $40 million dollar payday (after taxes). Hmmmmm I think he's rather tarnished already don't you? In my opinion he can never and will never be considered a great. That 0 on your record means nothing if you never risked losing it.

That's not even business; not even bad business. It's confirmation Floyd wants a paycheck, without a fight with Manny. He's scared to fight Manny Pacquiao. Demands $10m just to talk??? Turns down $65m. Fighters continue to line up to fight Manny for a WHOLE lot less money, and Floyd demands $10M to talk and turns down $65M, after tax net of $30M-$40M, and Floyd says "No Way". I say let him sit, quit talking to the deadbeat, let him rot. He's scared to fight Manny Pacquiao. This isn't ego, this isn't being a good negotiator, this is about lack of courage.

People, use your common sense. If Floyd demanded $10M just to talk, did they give it to him? I doubt it. So if he didn't get the $10M that means that he didn't talk to anyone, so how could he have declined anything if he didn't speak to anyone?

Plus, didn't Arum say a few months ago that he turned down $100M? How can you guys still believe Koncz and Arum lies?
