    his decline has been going on for a while, this evening just confirmed my view, that kessler is declining quite quickly. His jab was awful,when compared to 4-5 of years ago , its not subtle, its obvious. His footwork is slower aswell.

    Take a look at the beyer fight, roughly same height and reach, but beyer much better boxer then boudla. Beyer was landing less and couldnt get close as much, as boudla did.

    Kessler admitted in the interview after the fight, that he was hurt and a bit gassed. Iirc it was round 3 or 4.

    Its not just a matter of a win, its also important to asses the opponent. Boudla was slow, short and quite frankly not that powerfull. He wouldnt have hit mikkel half of the times, had they fought 5 years ago.

    boudla is a really really poor version of abraham.

      I still have some hope for Kessler doing some good, as long as he stays busy and injury free.
