I was just thinking that since Pacquiao is the best of all time, he would do it to, so sad.
He should do as SRL did- fight for Sergio's Lineal MW championship at 154. Then he would be an all time great.
Really sad indeed.
Kill yourself.

And yes, he should fight Sergio at 154, but obviously he feels that even at 154 or 150 Sergio would be to much.
Lol, look at him, he fought the BIG BAD CHEATER Margarito...lol, and they really tried to pass Margarito as a threat.

i dont think its fair to call Sergio a bully, when Pac has already fought at a catch weight for a 154 lb title. Margo wasnt much of a challenge, he was just "bigger". many still believe Sergio is more hype since his only impressive victories include Pavlik, Williams, and the other Serg (who was a junior middleweight). Now you want him to start barking at the 168 division and even fight Hopkins. now you're putting the bigger guys in a position to take a challenge from a smaller fighter but im willing to beat for the right money Sergio would move up. theres no one available that would think of a victory over Sergio as being helpful in their respected division, and im tired of seeing guys drained, or not at their best. Martinez is too big for both Mayweather and Pac, but Floyd could adjust better @ 154. he fought Oscar there. Manny unfortunately can't go above 150 without looking like Duran in his later fights. but the underlining truth to this is that they want no part of Martinez unless he can drain himself like De La Hoya did.

why are the ******s here taking roach' comment seriously?
fight wont happen. these2 fighters are almost 2 weight classes apart. and one of them has reached his upper limit and cant even maxed out the WW division hydrated, while the other comes in 3 weights classes higher hydrated.
and dont bring up the 150lb CW fight w/ marg to back up your ****** arguments, while ignoring the fact that team pac has made it clear that they will stay at WW after that fight, even before sergio fought williams.

It's only Martinez and his idiotic supporters who keep clamoring for Pacquiao, keep obssessing over Pacquiao.
I swear, they need to STFU. They are in different weight classes. If Sergio is so obsessed and intent on fighting Manny, it's his job to meet Manny at HIS weight class. Do you hear Manny saying he w?ants to fight Sergio over and over? SO why is he the ONE that should move to his weight class? Idiotic.
So Roach is at fault somehow for saying his guy is not going to move to 154? Sergio is the one that is targetting Pacquiao, Roach is not targetting Sergio, he is ONLY responding to Teddy and others. So again, how is Roach at fault for responding to other people?
And what's with this ******ed nonsense anyway? Do you hear Manny saying he'd knock out Nonito or Gamboa if they are man enough to move to WW? This whole affair is idiotic. I like Sergio a lot, but he is losing a lot of respect with his obsession with PAC.Last edited by SpitBalla; 06-04-2011, 01:23 PM.

He made it CLEAR as early as training camp for the Margarito fight that he was not going to campaign higher than welter. Like I said, the only reason that fight even happened at 150 was because Don Sulaiman and his Black Hand extortion ring wanted that sanctioning fee so they offered the belt. Pacquiao weighed in at 144.6 and came in at 148, was outweighed by 17 lbs (and 6" in height, 5" in reach) and felt the punch of a guy who dwarfed him and outweighed him that much. Reports stated he couldn't move for a few days after that fight even though he won every round in dominant fashion.
He's not going beyond WW, and fighting guys who outweigh you by 20-30 lbs in the ring at 148 lbs is not good for one's health. Sergio himself always says that Manny is too small for him immediately after he calls for a fight.
Fight is not going to happen, Sergio is just trying to build his public profile by piggy backing off the names of Pacquiao, Mayweather, Cotto, etc when he himself can go to 168 and take on challenges and make real money.
Funny that no one got on his case when Dibella wanted to drain a 47 year old Hopkins at 170. Strange indeed...

Yes Pac fought Marg at 150. Not 154. AND Sergio has already said he will not fight Pac at 150.
But, how does the fact Manny fought Marg, mean he HAS to fight Sergio at 154? This is supremely idiotic. Manny fought Marg. Get over it. Obviously this does not mean Manny wants to face every 154 pound fighter. This is just so dumb.
Manny should be fighting Ortiz, and other top WWs. Not freaking Sergio at 154. Jesus, the idiots here are unbelievably dumb.

To ME THAT is disgusting. Ind, I assure you, I am not any kind of fan, which I think both ****** and childish. For ME, it's a matter of fair play and proper matching.
