I think Tyson knocked more guys out cold. Forman seemed to hit guys with a lot of hard punches over and over like he did against Frazier and Lyle. I think I saw more one punch power from Tyson.

George was bigger and more heavy handed, but the impact of Tysons punches were much more harder than Georges. Tyson used his entire body to pivot and land his punches. George threw arm punches. The power behind Tyson's punches came all the way down from his legs.

I'm going to say Foreman, and that is probably still true today.

I reckon get hit by Foreman was worse.

You'd probably feel like you were incurring serious damage.

I would lean towards George, but I wouldnt like to find out which of these guys hit harder personally. Both were monstrous punchers.

I reckon Tyson's punches had a more anesthetic quality.

Foreman's like getting hit with brick.

Foreman's kayo of Frazier was more impressive than every Tyson knockout combined.

Tyson imo was the faster more explosive sharper puncher while big George despite his lack of technique and speed was to me at worst the second hardest puncher of all time, he just swung those big arms and Bam! u knew ud been hit and u would stay hit! Foreman was the heavier puncher

what tend to confuse people, is the fact tyson was phenom in terms of speed and power for a hw. Speed kills and its the shots you dont see coming, thats gonna put you down.

Tysons punches and combinations just looked so brutal and impressive. So the confusion is understandable.

                      BUT..

Foreman certainly wasnt a phenom regarding speed or combinations. Sure he had a lot of qualities, but foreman basicly build an entire career on having the strenght and power of an ox and the chin to match it. He is perhaps the most powerfull hw of all time.

solely based on power/heavyhandedness(if thats a word), foreman takes it and while not easy, still by some margin.
