Even worse then Ruiz vs. Rahman was Tyson vs. Bonecrusher Smith. The two simply danced and hugged the entire evening. By the middle rounds Tyson was even initiating clinches and would peacefully rest his head on Bonecrusher's chest. Absolutely pathetic display by the two of them.

I though it couldnt get worse than ruiz-rahman and i like rahman a lot but that fight was horrible

but it did get worse with ruiz-oquendo.
I actually really hated all of the Holyfield/Ruiz fights because you can just see the moments that the old Holyfield would have comboed him and easily KOed him a number of times but he just never reacted like that and Ruiz well he just fought like Ruiz fights....Nuff Said easily the worst Trilogy in HW history.

How about Lewis vs. Akinwande. He would not stop holding and finally got DQ

Watching Lewis-Tua on replay had to be the worst. Once you know the result and all drama is ****** out of it, it's probably the worst boxing match you can see period.

rahman/barrett was bad. hell yeah that fight ******. perhaps the worst heavyweight fight this year.

ruiz/oquendo without a doubt has been one of the worst heavyweight fights i've seen in my 10 plus years of watching boxing.

toney/booker also gets a nomination from me. i could probably think of a few more.
