At 147 or 154, Yeah he got KTFO at 160 by a great fighter, but ets face it he was the most avoided fighter at 147 154 hence the reason he moved up so high, Manny would be a joke to this guy at a lower weight, thats the reason Arum steered well clear of him......

I think Pac would win due to Williams willful disregard for defense from head punches. I don't see a KO but maybe stopped for cuts or swelling. He might not even hurt P-Will but he would hit him in the face repeatedly.

any fighter can have an off night, and Williams is liable to have a few if he was still fighting at 147 today because of the difficulty making the weight. It's an interesting fight, but the dimensions do not favour MP.

People that remember him getting KO'd by Martinez forget that he weighed in at under 154 1 fight earlier. So basically, his 160lbs was at least 8lbs of water weight (something people tend to OVERESTIMATE, as far as how much that extra weight helps u in a fight). However, I even heard that before that fight he went as low as 149, probably THE MAIN REASON he chose to fight Martinez at a catch weight.

So it was basically like someone just above welterweight fighting a solid middleweight, and that's no doubt THE reason Paul got KO'd by Martinez. Paul was taller, and no doubt SEEN as the bigger man between them, but the reality is it was a REALLY TALL welterweight (or small Jr Middleweight) fighting a middleweight.

No doubt most of u will disagree with that logic, but rest assured WATER WEIGHT DOES NOT EQUAL POWER OR PUNCH RESISTANCE UNLESS UR OPPONENT IS A LOT SMALLER, which Martinez was not

So, who hits harder, welterweight Manny.... A man that certainly hits very hard, but truly how hard does he hit. Or 160 Martinez? Up for debate, I know. The only real way to tell is by seeing what current Martinez would do to Margarito.

That will basically be the determining factor behind Williams vs Pacquiao.
