Ishe can make some noise but right now they're just trying to use him as a stepping stone in hometown robberies of up and copmers. I'd make Ishe vs Judah a 50/50 fight. Ishe needs a few comeback fights to get a winning streak and his confidence back. By next year he could be in contention again
