no it not but like you said the 140lbers are gonna move up. No one seems to be head and shoulders above the rest, that should make for some great matchups and rematches for years to come.

I think if Mayweather came back, you'd start to see more names flocking to the division for the paycheck.

I have confidence that the division will get better once guys like Khan move up from 140, but right now, it's really not that good.

funny how floyd only fought 2 of them, while the others in the top5 had a mini round robin amongst themselves.

Welter has been on the slide for a while now, hopefully this is the bottom though and it gets better from here~
