Good news from Froch. He is still in his prime. For fighters like him - tough, rough fighters that relay on strength and endurance - always hit their prime around their early thirties.

A man is naturally at his strongest around his early thirties away. It is the speed guys that look better when they are younger, for fighters like Froch that dont relay on speed this is his prime!

@ Froch talkin about his POLISH genetics....B.Hop can't get away with sayin stuff like that without being rated "R" lol...anyways, Froch is a beast and a half...dude defines SPARTAN in my book....glad to see he's gettin' his just due amongst the hardcore heads and casuals alike...props to the Cobra!!

Froch will be like Foreman.

Foreman didnt lose anything when he turned 40 because speed was never part of his game. Froch will go down as an ATG if he can keep it up that long.
