Andre Berto rehydrated to 156 against Ortiz right?

And Ortiz rehydrated to 156 against Peterson in their 141 pound bout right? Why doesn't Berto fight at 141 then and see if it will allow him to throw more, take better shots, and endure more during the fight? Ortiz weighed in at 161 not 165 against Berto and he has a bigger frame to...I swear I had respect for Berto even after the loss but damn he is in denial now!
