Hopkins being racist again on espn last friday

I watched the whole thing and at no point felt he was being racist so, even though I haven't rewatched it, I'm gonna have to say I disagree.

As I recall it he was discussing how being poor/growing up rough in the city gave him a DNA superior to suburban kids, am I right or wrong?

He was implying that only black people can be poor street kids, all white people are magically rich with secret money making methods that they hide.
