Corely for all his heart would not have even been in the fight. kinda like he wasn't in the fight against Alexander. When they fought in 2008.

Alexander will outbox Lucas and win a fairly competitive UD.

I don't get hung up on the cut thing.

Judah quit against Clottey and he beat Lucas.

So Lucas is 0-1 against quitters.

See him be 0-2 after this fight.

If there is 1 thing alexander has proven to be good at.. it's punching the air ^. Especially with that lovely jab of his which only lands 60 times out of 600 thrown LOL.

He yells while hitting nothing and gets rewarded for shadowboxing. Get real. Against a guy like Lucas who won't just touch him, but touch him HARD and OFTEN.. Please

He's going to hit him twice as much as Kotelnik did with more speed and much more power. This is a EASY fight to call. I'm amazed anyone thinks Alexander wins this

So Alexander is competitive against Bradley, but against Lucas no chance? do you guys listen to yourselves, problem with 90% of predictions on here is most are lead by dislike of one of the fighters. lets put our unbiased caps on. Alexanders level of skill and talent is worlds above Lucas, Lucas had trouble with Judah who people say is shot and can't win a big fight.Lucas big win on paper is a KO of chop chop, like the 5th time chop chop has been KO"d, Devons win over Witter and KO of Urango trumps that by miles. Devons workrate will keep Lucas off him and from throwing as much. Devon has one lackluster fight and loses to Bradley and all of a sudden Lucas I couldn't KO glass jaw supposedly shot Judah is going to not only win but knock this man out. hahahaha

1: Alexander was competitive with Bradley? How? He ran, held, and pitty pattered all night.

2: LOL at "wins" argument! "Hey, who has Alexander beaten? Witter has beaten...."

3: I can't believe anyone even gives Alexander a shot at this fight. I can't believe Alexander himself thinks he can win this.

Go watch Alexander VS Kotelnik plz. Alexander falls apart like a deer in headlights when pressured by a feather fisted technician. He actually came real close to getting stopped by the end cause he was getting hit so much at will. What do you think will happen against Matthysse? Lucas is a solid technician with better athletic quality compared to Kotelnik. That hands down pull straight back stuff will be a one way ticket to KOville for Alexander.

            Alexander wins.
I see four names but zero significant wins, I think whoever wins this fight it will be the first significant win of there career. By significant i mean a top ranked 140lbs fighter in there prime (which both guys are).

Those aren't yells they are battle cries, and Alexander uses them to effectively get in to his opponents head. After about 50 battle cries I think Matthysse will call it a day.

              You heard it here first.

I completely forgot about the battle cry aspect...

Hmm, Alexander's got a good battle cry, he could win on that alone...

Alexander's chin and hand speed will be enough to win this fight by UD IMO. Devon is young and still has to fine tune his style, but I see him becoming a world champion (again)

Lucas Matthysse is a good body puncher and does it put on pressure, but he can be outboxed and I expect Devon to do that.
