Maidana-Guerrero in the works!

I favour Guerrero but there were times when I felt he came close to wilting against Katsidis' pressure. And he seemed to lack something mentally in a few of the prior fights, like Casa, Escobedo and Yordan.

If there are mental deficiencies, Maidana will reveal them.

Great fight. Whatever you say about Maidana, he makes for exciting fights.

Katsidis hurt Guerrero, So I'm sure Maidana can hurt him & probably finish him off, wouldn't be suprised if Guerrero get's stopped while he was winning the fight.

I like the Ghost but I really need to see him handle a 140 pounder like Maidana to really feel very good at his chances.

I like Guerrero to win based on skills still but Maidana has a very good shot.

Maidana is an inch taller than Guerrero.

Like the Ghost. But he is used to having a height and reach advantage, and this will not be the case against Maidana.

I'd love for this fight to happen. But, I somehow doubt Maidana will take it.

The Ghost cannot fight on the inside. He is all about boxing on the outside. But he won't have his height advantage, so I can see Maidana really hurting and busting the Ghost up.

I think it all depends on how well Guerrero can take a bomb from Maidana. Khan was able to evade Maidana for 9 rounds. Ortiz got dropped almost immediately.

Guerrero also was hurt by Katsidis as soon as Kats came inside.

maybe like the katsidis fight with more damage and punches coming guerreros way
obviously maidana hits with a boatload more pop than katsidis, and could knock the ghost's block off if guerrero doesn't box 12 perfect rounds
