    is there a minimum weight for weight classes?

    or could pacquiao fight in heavy weight division if he wanted to?
    what did pac weigh in at for marg fight where catch was 150?

    Technically, there isn't. For example; Roy Jones beat John Ruiz weighing in at about 198 pounds for a Heavyweight encounter.

    However, the state still has to deem the fight acceptable. So, Nonito Donaire going up to Light Heavyweight to fight Bernard Hopkins is unlikely. They want you in the neighorborhood at least. Pacquiao giving up 50 pounds isn't likely to get legally sanctioned.
