Cotto fought top JWW's, but not the best of the top guys. Arum for whatever reason did not make Cotto vs Mayweather when they were both in Top Rank and Floyd was willing to fight Cotto.
For some reason Cotto vs Tszyu was never made, Cotto vs Hatton was never made.
Yet Cotto vs Malignaggi/Torres/Corley was made easily.
Delusion at it's finest. You take nuthugging into a whole other lever.
He probably beats everyone that Floyd has at this weight class. Idk if he'd be as dominant in his fights as Floyd was, but he definitely beats them all.
