2) Floyds willing to drug testing Manny is not

Xylocaine is legal? If that's the case then why doesn't Floyd openly admit it then oh wait.... because if he did then he would never be able to box in any state EXCEPT Nevada since Xylocaine is a NUMBING AGENT..... (then again when is the last time PBF boxed OUTSIDE the state of Nevada?)

if pacquiao wants to prove he is innocent, he should agree to be randomly tested all the way up until the day of the fight without a 7-day cutoff. pacquiao fans are very passionate and deserve for him step up and end all the accusations.
