That seems too high, since Pacquiao himself is probably in the 40s. Mayweather belongs between 60-80 I'd say.

See, this discussion took place in the history section, where people consider it an insult if Pacquiao isn't in the top 25. Do you people realize how many fighters there have been and what those fighters have accomplished? Having Pacquiao in the top 50 or 40, where he belongs, is an incredible compliment.
