What happened to Victor Emilio Ramirez?

Hasnt fought since huck beat him! Hes a pretty strong fighter who would give a anybody at cruiserweight a tough fight! i would love to see him really test diablo ! i hope he hasnt retired yet cause he is still very young (27)
