Chavez Jr. is showing some balls to be willing to fight Martinez if he wins. But he doesn't make the decisions about who he fights next. Arum does. And I would be shocked if Arum decides to take that fight.

Only thing I'm wondering is what kind of excuse will Arum use to not let Chavez fight Martinez? With Pac it is at least a little believable with the size difference but what about this fight. Will he say some BS about how Martinez isn't a big name or will he just flat out admit that Martinez is just too good right now?

He'll probably make Jr. fight Cotto before Sergio.

My terms would be 60/40 for Martinez because nobody really considers Chavez Jr. Relevant
Chavez Jr. comes out first because Martinez is the legit champion
Chavez could choose the gloves cuz he's most likely gonna choose Reyes gloves and that will be really bad for him anyway

JR is just riding off his father's name. Omar is better than JR. no way arum lets jr get in the ring with maravilla.jr is already sensative and if he takes his first loss then he might not be able to rebound. Arun is a jack(___) but he's no dummy.this fight won't happen.
