Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer told Sports Illustrated that he was approached on Thursday by Top Rank for a trilogy bout between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez. A shocking demand was made by Marquez. He requested a 50-50 split on the money with Pacquiao. For a guy chasing a Pacquiao trilogy since their 2008 rematch, Marquez found an amazing way to say "no thank you."

Now he wont demand testing??? Ask yourself why??

N/E ways these fighters are being paid not to ask and simply taking the fight for money. After the shane fight, the first thing he said was "I've never been hit with that power". Im sure Marquez will say the same thing after he gets stopped.

THe whole thing leds up to floyd mayweather jr. I've never seen people so against drug testing its crazy. If floyd vs Manny doesn happen with testing and floyd wins by blow out, those fighters (shane, marquez, cotto, margarito) will all say.....Hey "we were possibly cheated"...

Why can't these idiots just call a spade a spade? Reason why Marquez won't ask is because it's nor normal in boxing. Everyone is fighting without it and is satisfied with the current rules. They're not that ****** to believe peds will do everything for you. They're not that ****** to believe you can hide that **** for long without getting caught. They're not that ****** to believe a high profile boxer would take risk in getting caught. Keeping it secret for long alone will require super human skills.
