Who is the special unnamed trainer that roy wants to talk to?

In interview roy jones said that he is leaning towards retirement but before he makes his decision he wants to talk to an unnamed trainer to see if he can help him. He says if the trainer wants to join his training camp and help then he will continue fighting. Who is this person? His Dad?
