    Is Froch underestimating Johnson?

He said his gameplan was to box brilliantly like he did Abe..
Johnson is literally the opposite of Abe.. Dawson who in my mind is a better boxer than Froch got everything he can handle from Johnson..
I think this is a 50/50 fight.. Froch says he doesnt wanna get into a slugmatch when Glen, but I think thats the only way he can win.. I dont think hes good enough to outbox Johnson.. I think Johnsons pressure and footspeed at closing the gap is gonna shock Froch. Throw in Johnsons punch output and we have a war.. I think Froch is fooling hinmself if all the sudden he thinks hes mayweather or pernell because he beat up a 5'8 punching pag in Abe

I think he is because Glen Johnson walked through power shots from Tavoris Cloud who is known for some serious punching power. Froch doesn't have the sort of power Cloud has so he better not get into a brawl with the vet Johnson. I don't know where he gets that he's going to outbox Johnson either. This guy has been boxing for years and is still around. It's obvious that he's seen almost all the tricks by now. The only advantage I give Froch is youth that's it but it could be more than enough to win.

I don't he's underestimating Johnson, if he is; he's a fool. Froch runs his mouth from time to time, but I don't think he's that foolish.

I don't think he is. What any fighters says to the media is just to hype the event or themselves up. Behind closed doors they're watching videos and training hard.

It's just a show for the media IMO and possibly to get into the other guys head.

He has to be too smart for that. This fight could honestly go either way based on the styles. I am slightly favoring Froch, but alot of smart people I know are favoring Johnson in a big way. Almost everyone I know who actually knows boxing is picking Glen to win.

Nah the respect is there, Froch might over rate HIMSELF but he will be well aware of what the Road Warrior brings to the table

I don't think Froch underestimates anyone he just has a huge amount of self belief. Froch and McCracken know how strong Glencoff is and what he will bring to the table.
