How Cintron would look at 147 remains to be seen, but he's not someone I'd get excited over

Clottey hasn't done anything since shelling up for 12 rounds against Pac

Judah has looked unimpressive in his last couple fights and has always been a bit small for 147

I think Maidana is pretty overrated and moving up to 147 may take away his best asset: power.

Bradley didn't look great in his fight at 147. He doesn't really have the frame for it.

I don't think Khan will make a good 147lber.

Pacquiao, Mayweather, Ortiz, and Berto are the only ones who belong at 147 and can be considered top fighters right now in my opinion.

Judah has been there, Marquez doesn't belong there, not sure Bradley does either, not right now. Maidana and Khan will eventually. All the guys you want to move down probably won't.
